Our Mission:

Student Belonging and Empowerment enhances the educational experience by prioritizing a sense of belonging for historically minoritized students. We affirm the unique stories and identities of our students through inclusive spaces, culturally focused engagement opportunities, increased visibility and intersectional support.

The Black Leadership and Cultural Center (The BLAC Center) is a safe space for African American and Black students to feel supported during their academic journey.

Butte College Native American Center is a space on campus that Native students can call their own. This center is designed to support the Native American student journey. All tribal backgrounds are welcomed.
